Access to online video and file material related to the respective course purchased is offered. Access to this material is only permitted after purchasing the necessary course. Access to the purchased content is available as long as it is made available at noxcuses.ch. Changes to the content are possible at any time and are part of the continuous development of the market, the requirements, and the publisher’s findings.
Our site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. You are also responsible for ensuring that all people who access our site through your internet connection are aware of terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

NoXcuses Personal Training KLG guarantees that these prices always represent the actual gross purchase amount and that the buyer will not incur any additional costs for the purchase or continued access to the material offered (except for additional services).
7. Refunds
If the contractual services of NoXcuses Personal Training KLG are not used, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the amount already paid.
8. Liability
NoXcuses Personal Training KLG accepts no liability for damages resulting from an accident, injury, or illness in connection with the practices and instructions described. No liability can be accepted for financial losses, for example, due to the cancellation of a potential customer or debt incurred due to marketing costs exceeding income. The use of the information and its implementation is expressly at your own risk.
9. Data protection
The customer’s personal data will be stored by NoXcuses Personal Training KLG and used exclusively for the fulfillment of the aforementioned service.
10. Changes to the GTC
The customer acknowledges that NoXcuses Personal Training KLG may amend these GTC at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated to the customer in an appropriate manner.
11. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
All legal relationships between the customer and NoXcuses Personal Training KLG are subject to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is determined by the statutory provisions.
